Meet Eshonda Blue & Jessica Wright

Co-Founders of Innovative Senior Care Consultants

Eshonda Blue

A registered nurse, Georgia native and graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, Eshonda brings personal caregiving experience, community service, and healthcare leadership to her role as co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions.

She is devoted to improving the lives of older adults and setting standards as an industry leader and business owner by creating jobs, offering career training and education, and supporting community healthcare initiatives.

In 2007, she co-founded Innovative Senior Solutions, LLC along with her sister Jessica Wright, which started with a deeply personal experience of taking care of their aging Grandmother who became their first client. Along with her sister she currently operates multiple senior care businesses including Adult Day Cares, Personal Care Homes, and Transportation services.

In 2012, she co-founded the Caring 4 Seniors Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to give back to older adults in the community. More recently, together with her sister and business partner, she completed both the “Growing an Established Diverse Business” program and the “Building a Successful Diverse Business program” at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Eshonda completed the Georgia Power internal mentoring program in 2019, and was selected to be a member of the Leadership Georgia class of 2017. In addition, Eshonda is on numerous community boards including the Georgia Southwestern State University Foundation, the American Red Cross, and Americus Downtown Development Authority Board.

Jessica Wright

Jessica is an alumna of Darton College and also brings a wealth of professional nursing experience to her role as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Innovative Senior Solutions and Innovative Senior Care Consultants.

Jessica’s background experience in long-term care includes every role of nursing from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Registered Nurse (RN), and each of these roles has provided invaluable knowledge, experience, and expertise in caring for the elderly as well as health care management. Jessica feels that caring for seniors is her calling, and she takes great pride in ensuring that she and her care team provide only the best care to their clients.

In 2007 Innovative Senior Solutions was founded along with her sister and business partner. Together with her sister and business partner, they operate several Senior Care Businesses including, Adult Day Cares, Personal Care Homes, and Transportation services. Jessica completed both the “Growing an Established Diverse Business” program and the “Building a Successful Diverse Business program” at the prestigious Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Jessica also completed the Georgia Power internal mentoring program in 2019, and in 2016 was honored to be named a 40 under 40 Honoree by Georgia Trend Magazine. In addition, Jessica is on multiple community boards including the Americus Housing Authority, and Americus Downtown Main Street.

Awards & Recognition

As a team, we have been honored to receive a number of awards for our work in the community. In February 2012, Innovative Senior Solutions was awarded Small Business of the Year by the Americus-Sumter Chamber of Commerce for exceptional customer satisfaction, superior customer awareness, ethical business practices, business growth, and excellent relationships with other local businesses.

We also received a Georgia Rock Star Honorable Mention in 2015 by the Georgia Department of Economic Development, and countless other recognitions from our community leaders.

In May 2018, Innovative Senior Solutions was named a Women in Business Champion by the Small Business Administration (SBA) of Georgia and also received the Better Business Bureau’s Integrity in the Community Award.
